No obstant això, amb caràcter potestatiu es pot interposar recurs previ de reposició davant l’òrgan que ha dictat l’acte en el termini d’un mes a comptar des de l’endemà de la recepció de la seva notificació. Reus La durada màxima del contracte serà des de la formalització del contracte fins a 10 mesos, però sempre prevaldrà la durada segons els terminis de justificació del finançament que es publiquin en la Resolució de la Generalitat. La previsió és que la fase preparatòria de les activitats comencin a partir de la formalització dels contractes, i que la fase d’execució en el cas dels tallers amb els grups d’alumnes s'iniciï el el mes d’octubre de 2024 i fins al 28 de juny de 2025.
