El recurs potestatiu de reposició s’entendrà desestimat si en el termini d’un mes des de la seva presentació no es produeix resolució expressa. Contra la present resolució i sense necessitat de la reposició prèvia, també es podrà interposar directament recurs contenciós-administratiu davant dels Jutjats del Contenciós-Administratiu (article 8 LJCA, modificat per la Disposició Addicional 14 de la Llei Orgànica del Poder Judicial 19/2003, de 23 de desembre) en el termini de dos mesos comptats des de la publicació de la resolució expressa que s’impugna. Contra la desestimació per silenci administratiu dels recurs de reposició interposat potestativament es podrà interposar el recurs contenciós-administratiu esmentat al paràgraf anterior, en qualsevol moment a partir del dia següent en el que s’entén produït l’acte presumpte. Una vegada adjudicat el contracte s’acordaran les dates per fer reunions de seguiment durant el desenvolupament dels treballs (mínim 3 reunions). Al termini de 3 – 4 setmanes des de la formalització del contracte, caldrà enviar a l’Oficina de Canvi Climàtic i Qualitat de l’Aire de l’AMB l’estudi previ que forma part dels treballs de redacció, i al termini de 3 mesos ½ caldrà enviar la versió final del projecte executiu per que es puguin fer esmenes (si cal), i així poder fer l’entrega final del document tancat amb les esmenes introduïdes en el termini dels 4 mesos.
