Si voleu impugnar aquesta resolució, que posa fi a la via administrativa, heu d’interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Barcelona, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar des del dia següent al de la recepció de la seva notificació. Alternativament i de forma potestativa, es pot interposar recurs especial en matèria de contractació davant el mateix òrgan que l’ha dictat o davant del Tribunal Català de Contractació Pública en el termini de quinze dies hàbils a comptar des del dia següent al de la remissió de la seva notificació. La data de remissió és la que consta en el registre de sortida. El síndic personer defensa els drets de la ciutadania davant les actuacions o omissions de l’Ajuntament.
