Contra l’aprovació de la licitació es podrà interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant dels jutjats contenciosos administratius de la província de Barcelona, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar de l’endemà de la recepció d’aquesta notificació. Igualment es podrà presentar un recurs potestatiu de reposició, previ al contenciós administratiu, davant el mateix òrgan que l’ha dictat en el termini d’un mes a comptar de l’endemà de la present notificació.
