This CEI concerns the specific fields as listed below: 1) Field No 1: coast guard functions expert: (a) required area of expertise: Coast Guard Functions (CGF): I. Maritime safety, including vessel traffic management; II. Maritime, ship and port security; III. Maritime customs activities; IV.
