As stated in the schedules 1, 2, 3 made available with the bid documents, the bid security should be paid by cash and a certified copy of the receipt received for the above payment made from the Shroff of the office of the Provincial Director of Health Services should be attached with the Bid. For cooked meals, each bid should be accompanied with a Worth Certificate issued by the Divisional Secretary of the area of residence for the specified value.
