At ev. questions contact Henrik Turesson, henrik.turesson@boverket.se In the project "Idea Workshop: Transformation", the Housing Agency together with other authorities, organizations and businesses examines innovative visions of the future. The purpose is to pave the way for an increased transformation of existenceturn business properties into good homes. By testing visionary reconstruction proposals against the existing regulatory framework and, if necessary, proposing regulatory changes, the project will contribute to promoting a circular economy in the construction sector. Within the framework of the project, the Housing Authority will procure three multidisciplinary team who can produce visionary draft proposals as a basis for the trial and analysis. The teams must have documented experience in remodeling and competence in architecture, building technology, property economics. The teams must also have building antiquarian competence.
