Description of the procurement Om GHS Gothenburg Horse Show är en av världens ledande inomhustävlingar i ridsport och är sedan starten 1977 ett årligen återkommande evenemang som haft totalt dryga 3 miljoner besökare. Tävlingarna arrangeras av Got Event AB på uppdrag av FEI, det internationella ridsportförbundet, samt Svenska Ridsportförbundet. GHS vision är ”Tillsammans med publik, hästar och ryttare skapar vi oförglömliga sportupplevelser”. Vi samarbetar även med hästsportmässan EuroHorse som arrangeras av Svenska Mässan samtidigt som GHS. Evenemanget är miljödiplomerat via Svensk Miljöbas. Traditionellt äger evenemanget rum i Scandinavium Arena i Göteborg under februari (v 8) utom de år då GHS står som värd för Världscupfinaler då det flyttas till påskhelgen. Under GHS 44 år har Världscupfinaler arrangerats 15 av de åren. Syftet med det dynamiska inköpssystemet är att tillgodose behovet av krukväxter och snittblommor för dekoration under GHS. Växterna ska vara tåliga och brukas under en femdagarsperiod (onsdagsöndag). Leverans sker helgen innan evenemangsstart. Lagringsutrymme finns i anslutning till tävlingsarenan med kylmöjligheter. Krukväxterna består både av blommande och gröna växter i varierad höjd och färg, exempelvis Thuja, Focus, Rhododendron, Nephrolepis, Guzmania, Chrysanthemum, Phalaenopsis. Uppskattat antal krukväxter per evenemang: 2 300 st Snittblommorna består av exempelvis Alstroemeria, Eucalyptus, Gerbera, Lilium, Ros, Iris av varierad höjd och färg. Uppskattat antal snittblommor per evenemang: 8 500 st Anbudsinbjudan skickas ut under Q4. DIS:et innebär inga volymförpliktelser. Verksamhet som berör området kan bedrivas i egen regi. I sådana fall är DIS:et att betrakta som ett komplement till den egna verksamheten. Observera att det kan finnas redan gällande avtal för verksamhet som berör området.
