Används främst av projektavdelningen Syfte och mål Syftet är att skapa ett dynamiskt inköpssystem där Beställaren vid behov har möjlighet att beställa konsulter inom område mark och bygg. Omfattning Samtliga leverantörer som uppfyller kvalificeringskraven har möjlighet att ansluta sig till det dynamiska inköpssystemet. Systemet är öppet för nya leverantörer under hela giltighetstiden och antalet leverantörer begränsas ej. Det dynamiska inköpssystemet avser konsulttjänster för projekt inom mark och bygg och innefattar projektering inom nedan: nybyggnation ombyggnation tillbyggnation underhållsprojekt Anbudsinbjudan från DIS kommer ske genom förnyad konkurrensutsättning vid varje enskilt behov. Anbudsinbjudan via konkurrensutsättningen kommer att se olika ut beroende på behov av tjänst och vid anbudsinbjudan kommer utvärdering t.ex. ske utifrån pris, kompetens eller erfarenhet. Konsulttjänster som kommer/ kan efterfrågas är: Projektör konstruktion Projektör mark Projekteringsledare Kommande beställningar kan omfatta samtliga Tekniska verkens anläggningar. För enskilda projekt förbehåller sig Beställaren rätten att utföra separat upphandling. Under avtalstiden kan förändringar komma att ske utifrån koncernbeslut, verksamhetsförändringar med mera som kan påverka behovet och volymen. II.2.5.
