Overview	Modernization Medat Développement, Maintenance, Support Office for the Environment The Medat specialized application is used for the Office of the Environment (AFU) and the Office of Water and Energy (AWE) as a central and strategic register of all measurement data and Exploitation relating to the environment. In Medat, the data is entered, maintained, evaluated or made available via interfaces from other applications. The current Fronend of Medat must be replaced, the Medat database remains. A partner is sought for the implementation of a new front-end, its maintenance and the 3rd level support and possible development. The service has already been the subject of a call for tenders in November 2023 under the Modernization MEDAT - FRONTEND APP (SIMAP project nº 268838). The procedure was interrupted by the publication of 23.02.2024 (no 1399313). This call for tenders is the new call for tenders after revising the market object and requirements.
