Протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з моменту отримання Акту, Замовник, зобов’язується підписати його або в той же строк надати Виконавцю мотивовану відмову від підписання Акту. У разі виявлення Замовником неякісного або не в повному обсязі надання послуг Виконавцем, про що представниками Замовника за результатами перевірки складається акт – претензія, Замовник не сплачує Виконавцю за не надані послуги або неякісно надані послуги (згідно складеного акту - претензії). Акти і рахунки повинні бути належним чином оформленими. Використання факсимільного підпису не допускається. Розрахунки за надані послуги здійснюються на підставі п.5 ст.46 Бюджетного кодексу України. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунки за надані послуги здійснюється протягом 7 банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на реєстраційний рахунок Замовника.
