We are a public organization of "City City", whose main mission is to promote the expansion of youth outlook, the possibility of youth participation in all -Ukrainian processes of development of democracy and civil society in Ukraine. Our main goal is to help young people grow and develop, forming an open and supportive environment where anyone can make a significant contribution to the country's development. We have been selected in the framework of an organizational development of CSO (2019-2025, USAID Project “Initiative of Sectoral Support for Civil Society”). The main motivation of our organization to participate in the competition is the need to identify clear strategic and operational plans. This will allow us to set specific goals, distribute resources effectively and succeed in our efforts, avoiding chaos in activities and inefficient time and effort - the problems we are currently faced.
