The Council is planning to remove and replace the existing RWSHPs within the office ceiling voids and modify the hydraulic arrangements of the existing systems to improve efficiency and reliability. The gas boiler will be removed and new ASHPs will be installed within an external compound adjacent to the plant room, to supply space heating and DHW to the communal areas The Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced mechanical, electrical, civils and controls contractor to undertake the design and installation of the replacement ‘Versatemp’ RWSHPs, new ASHPs and the system modifications. NOTE: The Council will free-issue the 60 x RWSHPs to the Contractor for installation.
