The purpose of the Service is to provide support to Children and Young People (CYP) who meet the criteria for the Service, through the following elements: I. Advocacy II. Independent Visitors The Service aims to ensure that vulnerable Children and Young People have the opportunity to influence decisions, policies and practices that affect their lives.
