Strand 1 (Lot 1): Community Language and Cultural Access Programme – to highlight the indigenous linguistic heritage and new languages that are present within Belfast on a cross community basis through Irish Language and Ulster Scots Heritage project and New Languages Programme. Budget £270,055 Participants = 1,110 (plus 650 wider) Duration: 3 years Strand 2 (Lot 2): Cultural Spaces Programme to increase awareness of, community capacity within and cross community engagement in the different culturally significant spaces across Belfast through inter community connected neighbourhood and city-wide venues leadership, capacity building and activities programme.
