Strand 1 (Lot 1): Community Language and Cultural Access Programme – to highlight the indigenous linguistic heritage and new languages that are present within Belfast on a cross community basis through Irish Language and Ulster Scots Heritage project and New Languages Programme. Budget £270,055 Participants = 1,110 (plus 650 wider) Duration: 3 years Strand 2 (Lot 2): Cultural Spaces Programme to increase awareness of community capacity within and cross community engagement in the different culturally significant spaces across Belfast through inter community connected neighbourhood and citywide venues leadership, capacity building and activities programme.
