The grid containing the Must Fit and Value match questionnaire ( to be returned to us complete with the must fit evidence and self assessment of value match) 4. Sexual health needs assessment 2022 and update 2023 5. Specification for the digital health service ( separate to this requirement ) 5. Supporting specification For completeness the budget for this contract will be circa £4.4 million per annum and the contract period 7 years with an optional 3 year extension. We anticipate that there is the potential for significant transformation through the life cycle of this contract , in particular around the staffing arrangements, the I.T and overall innovation.
