Post contract award, this contract will be managed by NHS Supply Chain: Food operated by Foodbuy on behalf of the Authority. The duration of this new contract Term will be an Initial Term of three (3) years, with an option for one (1) plus one (1) year extensions to a maximum duration of 5 years.
