Title	Maritime Lethality Toolset Description NSWCCD has been tasked to develop a set of Maritime Lethality Tools for the Joint Technical Coordinating Group for Munitions Effectiveness (JTCG ME). These tool include, Target Damage Cards (TDC), Integrated Naval Simulations for Testing and Evaluation (INSiTE), and Submarine Vulnerability and Lethality Undersea Evaluator (SUBVALUE).
