Notice of Intent to Sole Source Additional Efforts on Contract W912ds19d0009 Description Notice of Intent to Sole Source additional design efforts by increasing the capacity and extending the ordering period on Contract No. W912DS19D0009; Quinlivan, Pierik and Krause - Architects Engineers (QPK) This Notice of Intent to Sole Source is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requiring dissemination of information on proposed contract actions. This is a notice of intent to increase the dollar amount (capacity) of Contract No. W912DS19D0009 by $2M and extend the ordering period of the contract two years in duration. The statutory authority for this sole-source procurement is FAR 6.301-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District intends to increase the dollar amount (capacity) and extend the ordering period of Contract No. W912DS19D0009. The services currently being provided under Contract No. W912DS19D0009 are general architect engineering services to include support of the Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) program, military construction programs, and other non-military construction programs within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers- New York District and North Atlantic Division boundaries.
