End Date 10/11/2024 1:00:00 PM (EST) Inquiry End Date Summary The Ohio Department of Public Safety (ODPS) and Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) is seeking Letters of Interest from contractors with the ability and interest to provide hardware devices capable of rendering a PDF and/or PNG on the screen for signature and offers a Windows SDK or Rest API via USB to interact with the hardware device. The Ohio BMV and the Title offices are interested in creating a more convenient experience for its customers by providing an option to review and sign documents electronically. The Ohio BMV  desires to deploy specialized hardware devices at remote Title Office locations capable of prompting customers review of electronic forms, capturing the customer’s signature and allowing the clerk to notarize the document.   Process REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) Offerors will need to review the attached RFI document.  Each Offeror must submit a letter of interest.
