PANMRA-24-P-0000_005879 AI for Infectious Disease Threats Description THIS IS A NOITICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPSALS. The Experimental Therapeutics (ET) Branch would like to establish an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Artificial Intelligence (AI) Machine-Learning (ML) in silico screening of candidate drug compounds against known targets of infectious disease threats of interest. In their own facilities, the contractor will screen multimillions of approved and novel compounds against multiple targets to be identified by the Government to identify and develop drug-like ligands. The contractor will utilize ML decision tree algorithms for potent compound identification followed by evaluation of potential toxicity, off-target effects and potential structure based metabolic liabilities.
