The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) anticipates issuance of a solicitation for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled Construct Freezer Cooler Bldg. 5754, at the Correctional Institution (FCI Fort Dix), located in Fort Dix, New Jersey. FCI Fort Dix is a federally owned facility located at 5756 Pointville Road, Fort Dix, NJ 08640. The contractor will provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to construct a new exterior walk-in freezer and walk-in cooler side by side. The proposed site location for the walk-in freezer cooler is located at the Food Service Warehouse Building 5754. The freezer cooler will be located approximately 104 feet away from the existing building.
