ITB-730-UofH-3006 UH Lofts Furniture University Of Houston 42594-Work Stations, Modular, Systems Furniture 42000-FURNITURE: CAFETERIA, CHAPEL, COURTROOM, DORMITORY, HOUSEHOLD, LIBRARY, LOUNGE, SCHOOL 42500-Furniture: Office The University of Houston (“Owner”)is requesting pricing from vendors (each, a “Respondent”) for the purchase, delivery, and installation offurnishing for the UH Loft Commons located at 4200 Martin Luther King BLVD,Houston, TX 77204. Pricing must be based on a purchasingconsortium that results in a lower unit cost to the University. Bid must clearly state the agreement numberand the name of the purchasing consortium that was used to bid the project onthe pricing summary or bid tab(s).PROJECT The estimated furniture installationdates are March 2025 which is based on the package awarded. During installation of thefurnishings, the selected (Dealer) will be responsible for all surfaceprotection during installation, removal of all installation waste from thejobsite daily and record any damage to the product during installation. TheDealer will be provided entry access to the building during normal work hours,Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST for the duration of thisProject. If after hour access is required, or at the request of the Owner towork beyond the normal business hours, a formal request shall be in writing andapproved by Owner and Dealer.
