Pricing must be based on a purchasingconsortium that results in a lower unit cost to the University. Bid must clearly state the agreement numberand the name of the purchasing consortium that was used to bid the project onthe pricing summary or bid tab(s).PROJECT The estimated furniture installationdates are March 2025 which is based on the package awarded. During installation of thefurnishings, the selected (Dealer) will be responsible for all surfaceprotection during installation, removal of all installation waste from thejobsite daily and record any damage to the product during installation. TheDealer will be provided entry access to the building during normal work hours,Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST for the duration of thisProject.
