All testing shall be performed in accordance with approved DLA Energy test methods listed in MIL-STD-3004-1. The contractor shall perform testing in accordance with specific turnaround times. If multiple locations are proposed, each facility must be capable of performing all tests in accordance with the Government’s specifications. The performance is for a two (2) base year, two (2) two-year option and one (1) one-year option period of November 20, 2024 – November 19, 2029.
