THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The 436th Contracting Squadron is seeking sources for a potential service contract at Dover Air Force Base (AFB). Dover AFB anticipates awarding a best value construction contract under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction with the small business size standard of $45M. The purpose of this Sources Sought Synopsis is to conduct market research to determine if responsible small business concerns exist for a potential competitive small business set aside. The Sources Sought Synopsis is to determine potential sources, for information, and for planning purposes only. This Sources Sought Synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be made as a result of this Sources Sought Synopsis. The Government will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this Sources Sought Synopsis.
