Pittsburgh-Butler-Erie Construction MATOC| 646-19-112 UD Emergency Dept Access Reno_MATOC SEED Project |646-19-112 Description Project : Pittsburgh, Butler, and Erie MATOC The Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office, Network \ 04 (VISN 04) Contracting Office intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award no more than 10, Firm Fixed-Price contracts for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract to support construction projects in Pittsburgh, Butler and Eire. The period of performance is five years from receipt of the Notice to Proceed or if the maximum cumulative amount of the entire MATOC is $250 million is expended. The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be available at the SAM.GOV Contract Opportunities https: sam.gov . Amendments to the solicitation will also be posted on this website. All parties must obtain solicitation documents and amendments to the solicitation through the web site. Hard copies will not be mailed. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to frequently check the website for all notices, amendments, etc., regarding this solicitation. The Government will not be responsible for any notification not sent or received by the Contractor regarding the solicitation. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the procedures specified in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 15. This requirement is being solicited as a tiered approach to SDVOSB, VOSB, HUB ZONE, 8A, and small businesses. Proposals will be evaluated in that order. SDVOSB is the first tier evaluated and Small Business is last. If any offers submitted by small business concerns will be evaluated as a group, award priority going to WOSB before other SB concerns that fall into this evaluation tier.
