Overview	Carecen 1117 Market St. Rehab Central American Resource Center of North America (CARECEN) will undertake a comprehensive renovation project to enhance its facilities with conference rooms, upgrade accessible restrooms, new office and food preparation casework. The project will be completed with a design-build approach for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems to ensure compliance with Green Code and Title 24 requirements.
