This requirement is for Full and Open Competition. It will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price(FFP) contract. ALL BIDS will be due on/about May 24, 2024 at 12:30 PM PDT. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
