Commercial Mortgage Alert provides access to The CMBS Database, which captures the pricing, key terms and participants for every CMBS issue in the world. The database, compiled by the editors of Commercial Mortgage Alert, is the only comprehensive listing of public and private CMBS issues. The CMBS Database captures the initial terms of all rated securities collateralized by commercial and multi-family properties. It covers issues from the inception of the CMBS market in the mid-1980s through the end of the previous week. Asset-Backed Alert provides access to The ABS Database, which captures information on all asset- and mortgage-backed securities sold worldwide.
