This notice DOES NOT constitute a Request for Proposal or complete package outlining the technical competencies qualifications of the prospective contractor, nor does it represent any commitment by the Government. Since this is a Sources Sought announcement, no evaluation letters and or results will be issued to the respondents. Per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not an offer and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This Sources Sought Notice is being issued by the General Services Administration (GSA), National Capital Region for Advanced Metering Management, Building Monitoring Control, Smart Building Services, Commissioning, and Programming System Optimization. The places of performance will be various locations in the Washington DC metropolitan area. This is a Smart Buildings Technology Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to upgrade and or replace building systems to the latest Public Building IT Services (PB-ITS) remediated version of software and hardware and or Infrastructure per site requirements. Task Orders may include: Advanced Metering Management which can include but not limited to: Advanced Meter Installation. End of Life Advanced Meter Replacement.
