Overview	Steeplechase Drive Reconstruction Ironwood Avenue to Kalmia Avenue - Project No. 801 0107 The City of Moreno Valley is seeking professional consultant services for engineering design and landscape improvements. The scope of work includes asphalt pavement, curbs, gutters, crosswalks, sidewalks, driveways, access ramps, retaining curbs walls, drainage, a decomposed granite (DG) walking path, median landscaping, streetlights, removals, relocations, striping, signage, and other related improvements on Steeplechase Drive from Ironwood Avenue north to Kalmia Avenue, and on the north side of Ironwood Avenue from Vista De Cerros Drive west to Lasselle Street. You are hereby invited to submit a proposal for providing professional consultant services related to engineering design and landscape improvements for the Steeplechase Drive Reconstruction Ironwood Avenue to Kalmia Avenue project, on behalf of the Capital Projects Division. The selected consultant may be retained to serve the City through the construction phase, subject to City Council approval.
