Thereafter, the District reserves the right to either renew the contract annually for up to four (4) additional one-year terms ("Renewal Terms") or to extend the contract on a month-to-month basis to prevent a lapse in the contract term until the District re-bids the Contract.Total estimated value of this contract is greater than $50,000 annually, depending on the District's needs over the contract period.Spring ISD uses an online bidding system to post and receive bids electronically.
