Exclusive Use (EU) aircra 1202SA25R9402 America/Denver AGRICULTURE, DEPARTMENT OF National Light Fixed Wing - Multiple Award Task Order Contract (NLFW MATOC) Reopen America/Denver eMail : matthew.morris@usda.gov Matt Morris Idaho USA UNITED STATES 1202SA25R9402 The intent of this solicitation and any resultant contract is to obtain Call When Needed fixed-wing aircraft operated by qualified and proficient personnel and equipped to meet specifications contained herein. Exclusive Use (EU) aircraft will be selected using Task Order Request for Proposal (TORP) process (C-23). Aircraft and contract personnel will be used for the administration and protection of public lands. Relief personnel may be required to provide daily (7-days per week) coverage during the period of performance/mandatory availability period as specified in the task order. The aircraft furnished may be used for special use missions supporting fire, project, resource, law enforcement, and point-to-point administrative flights. If the Contractor agrees to perform law enforcement flights, such agreement shall be in writing. The government has interagency and cooperative agreements with federal and state agencies and private landholders.
