Overview	Intent to Sole Source Subscription Requirement Description Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, DLA Energy intends to award a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price Contract of Platts Subscriptionsfor customized reports for DLA Energy's specific petroleum, World Refinery Database (WRD), distribution andshipment. The delivery period will be for a twelve (12) month period (1 13 2025-1 12 2026). This notice of intent isnot a request for proposals or quotations ; however, any challenges to the sole source must be received in writingand sent to DLAEnergyABaseProcurementSupport@dla.mil to be considered by the Government for the purpose ofdetermining whether or not to compete the requirement. Challenges must include sufficient information to enablethe Government to make a determination that an equivalent service exists that would satisfy the Government'sneeds as stated herein. A determination by theGovernment not to compete this proposed requirement based onresponses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
