U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Antilles Office Quality Assurance Laboratory Description The Jacksonville District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for a minimum of 5,000 to a maximum of 7,000 rentable square feet of Quality Assurance Laboratory space within the following delineated area in Hato Rey ward, San Juan, Puerto Rico: Northern boundary: Caño Martín Peña and Arterial B Avenue Eastern boundary: Ponce de Leon Avenue and Chile Street Southern boundary: Manuel Domenech Avenue Western boundary: State Road PR-18 and Plaza las Américas Avenue. The space shall contain adequate parking for approximately 150 unreserved and 10 visitor vehicles both during the day and overnight. The lease is for a one-year term and nine option years with Government termination rights, and a full-service lease (to include all utilities and janitorial services) is preferred.
