This will be a firm-fixed-price contract with an estimated Period of Performance of (9) nine months.In Fiscal Year 2018, the United States Congress approved the construction of the West LA New Critical Care Center (CCC) for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHCS). This project is a Major Construction project that will construct a new West Los Angeles Critical Care Center (CCC). The project will be a joint effort between VA CFM, VHA, USACE, and VAGLAHCS.The Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System (VAGLAHCS) has been approved for this major construction project to create an expanded service opportunity for Veteran health care. VAGLAHCS proposed to build a new Critical Care Center (CCC) with approximately 450,000 new gross square feet (GSF). This proposed new Critical Care Center building provides for the construction of a new bed tower, as well as the renovation of the existing bed tower, building 500, to consolidate services across the VAGLAHCS West LA Campus. The new Critical Care Center will consist of six (06) floors. Each floor will have the following departments and or services: ground floor - Inpatient Pharmacy, SPS, Morgue, police and touchdown spaces for engineering, Biomed, EMS, first floor - Lobby, Chapel, Canteen, ED, radiology, Admitting and Discharge, Multipurpose rooms, On- Call rooms, second floor - ICU (18 beds), Surgery (2 IR Lab, 1 Cath lab, 1 EP Lab, 6 General; 2 hybrid OR) and Peri-operative departments (57 bays), third floor Inpatient metal health (44 beds) and patient courtyard, fourth floor PCU (10...
