Overview	Indu Roofing Siding Replacement Description SOLICITATION NOTICE:The National Park Service, Contracting Operations Central, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, is issuing an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for a Roofing Siding Replacement project for Indiana Dunes National Park in Porter County, IN. SCOPE OF WORK: Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary to replace the roofs, siding, and doors for several buildings at Indiana Dunes National Park.SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6424B0003.PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $500,000 and $1,0000,000.TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor in late spring early summer 2024 with performance expected to begin soon after award and required to be completed within 180 days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Porter County, IN will apply. EVALUATION FACTORS: For purposes of award, the successful bidder will be the responsive, responsible bidder offering the lowest aggregate price for the base bid, plus those additives in the order of priority listed in the solicitation that provide for the most features of work within the funds available at bid opening.North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 238160, and the size standard is $19.0 million.
