Overview	Full Food Service Stronger Together Warrior Café Restaurant Clay Kaserne, Wiesbaden, Germany Description The Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden (RCOW) intends to solicit and competitively award a single firm-fixed-price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (ID IQ) type contract for non-personal services to provide full food services at Stronger Together Warrior Cafe Restaurant, Clay Kaserne Wiesbaden. This requirement will utilize lowest price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the succesful offer. Period of Performance: Base period of 12 months plus three (3) 12- month option periods. The Government anticipates posting the solicitation to the sam.gov website in June. Site visit will be organised for interested contractors and the date communicated in the solicitation. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing lists will not be compiled and the RFQ and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM at https: sam.gov) to be eligible for contract award. Faxed offers or amendments will not be accepted. All dates are subject to change without notice. This pre-solicitation notice is for a non-personnel services contract to provide Warrior Restaurant management, food preparation and serving, remote site feeding, facility sanitation and janitorial duties specified in the PWS for the restaurant on Clay kaserne Wiesbaden. The description of services shall be further defined in subsequent, individual task orders. The PWS and all associated documentation will be provided when the solicitation is posted to the sam.gov website.
