A SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT June 2024 The General Services Administration (GSA) has a need to hire a contractor for Back Lot Security Fencing Project at the Joseph P. Kinneary U.S. Courthouse 85 Marconi Blvd Columbus, Ohio 43215. The project consists of the following: Perimeter security fence and vehicular access gate, parking lot re-surfacing, additional security infrastructure, and miscellaneous site work at the existing northwest employee parking lot at the Joseph P. Kinneary U.S. Courthouse. The performance period is 90 calendar days upon receipt to Notice to Proceed. The anticipated award is on or about September 2024. The estimated construction cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NAICS code is 236220 with a small business size standard of $45 million. In addition to the construction opportunity reflected herein, GSA is seeking suppliers and manufacturers that are interested in supplying low embodied carbon asphalt, concrete (and cement), glass and steel materials for the project. Suppliers and manufacturers of materials meeting GSA-s Inflation Reduction Act Low Embodied Carbon asphalt, concrete (and cement), glass and steel requirements may submit an Expression of Interest to the contact below no later than June 5, 2024 Expressions of Interest should indicate materials available and global warming potential values reflected in materials- environmental product declarations.
