Overview	Base Telecommunications Service (Base Telecommunications System Operations and Maintenance Services) Description THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY 355TH Contracting Squadron is seeking information concerning the availability of small business concern contractors capable of providing the following services: Description of Services - The contractor shall provide all, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, personnel, labor, supervision, and management to perform Base Telecommunications System Operations and Maintenance Services in support of the 355TH Communications Squadron (355 CS) at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB), AZ. The contractor shall perform Operation and Maintenance (OM) to ensure the Base Telecommunications System (BTS) is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The BTS consists of the base telephone system switch, outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) systems, telephone network, telephone transmission systems, and all associated equipment. The contractor shall operate and maintain all BTS equipment and systems in accordance with (IAW) the Original Equipment Manufacturers- (OEM) technical manuals and specifications, Department of Defense (DoD) and US Air Force (AF) policy and regulations, applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Period of performance is estimated to start October 2024. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a more in depth overview of the required services.
