Overview	Qiagen Consumables Description PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract, with a base year and four (4) 1-year option periods, on a sole-source basis to QIAGEN, LLC, located at 19300 Germantown Road, Germantown, Maryland, 20874-1415, for the purchase of Qiagen reagents and consumables. The Government intends to negotiate with only one (1) source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration-s System for Awards Management website, SAM.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the SAM.gov website to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about the acquisition. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 6640, Laboratory Equipment and Supplies. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, per FAR 5.207(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Interested parties may identify their interests and or capabilities statement to this requirement by contacting Contracting Officer Adelle Bolton via email at albolton@fbi.gov, no later than 5:00 PM EST on July 8, 2024. Only emailed responses will be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
