The NODS shall consist of the Navys next generation dosimetry system and an updated radiation health and database management software system called the Navy Radiation Exposure Management System (NAVREMS). The Government is soliciting this requirement as full-and-open competition. The contract will be awarded as a hybrid single award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity(IDIQ), with the hardware components being procured on a firm fixed price (FFP) basis and the software development portion being procured on a cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) basis. Other direct costs associated with the requirement will be handled on a cost-only basis.
