Intent to Sole Source Steris Equipment Maintenance Service Description NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Procurement Office Central (RPOC), Network Contracting Office 23 (NCO 23) intends to award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 with: STERIS CORPORATION for Annual, Semi-annual, and Quarterly preventive maintenance checks and services as recommended or required by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and conducted in accordance with STERIS s then current applicable Preventive Maintenance.THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any responsible firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification and capability statements prior to the response due date and time.
