Office Furniture and Related Design Services The Lea County Board of County Commissioners is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide Brief Description of Services. Award will be for a Term of Contract contract for a term of Duration of Term. The County is seeking proposals from qualified proposers with expertise and experience in providing comprehensive office furniture solutions, including design, delivery, installation, and maintenance services. The selected proposer(s) will be responsible for conducting a site visit to assess the space and requirements, developing a design concept that meets the Agency's requirements and preferences, coordinating with the Agency project manager director to ensure that the design meets all relevant standards and specifications, and managing the project timeline and budget.In addition, the proposer(s) must provide a comprehensive list of office furniture products with applicable discounts, warranty information, supporting product descriptions, images, and certifications. The proposer(s) should ensure that their offerings meet industry standards for durability, safety, and sustainability, while providing ergonomic design features and effective customer support services throughout the procurement process.The proposer(s) will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of the delivery, installation, and disposal of products, as well as providing necessary training and documentation.
