The Subcontractor shall provide, but not be limited to, the erection, maintenance, alteration, adjustment, modification and dismantling of the scaffolds. The subcontractor, with due expedition and safety, will provide the scaffolds to the reasonable satisfaction of the PPPL representative. It is expected that “tube and coupler” scaffolds will be the primary requirement, although other types of scaffolds may be required. Scaffolds may be requested to remain in place for periods of less than three (3) weeks to a period greater than one (1) month. PPPL Intends to award a basic ordering agreement that includes a base year with (4) one year option periods.
