The building shall be no less than 300 feet from residential, no less than 400 feet from a school or day care, and no less than 1,000 feet from places of worship, hospitals, prisons, abortion clinics, and mental health clinics. 24-hour access to the building and secured parking is required.Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
