The USGS is contemplating an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with the procedures of FAR Part 12, entitled, "Acquisition of Commercial Items" and FAR Part 13, entitled, “Simplified Acquisition Procedures”. Solicitation 140G0323Q0197 will be made available through the Government-wide Point of Entry (GPE) on or about June 28, 2024, IAW FAR 5.102(a)(1).
