Flow Equalization Electrical Upgrades - Wastewater Treatment Plant Building and Facility Construction and Maintenance Services Local Governments and Municipalities The City of Bowie, Maryland requests bids from qualified contractors for the electrical upgrades to the flow equalization building located at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, Public Works Department, 16550 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Maryland.   The work shall be consistent with the Scope of Services contained in this Invitation for Bids (IFB).  By submission of a bid, the bidder represents that it is able to comply with all requirements contained in the IFB.             Interested bidders are encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at 1pm, at the Public Works Administration Building located at 16500 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Maryland 20715.             All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this IFB shall be submitted through the Bid Locker platform at https://bidlocker.us/details/4401_Flow_Equalization_Electrical_Upgrades___Wwtp,   prior to 11:00 a.m. on Monday October 21, 2024.  Written responses to all questions and/or requests for clarifications will be issued no later than Thursday, October 24, 2024, to all those who have expressed interest in this IFB through the Bid Locker platform.
