The requirement is for non-personal services to provide all plant, labor, new and current material, transportation, tools, equipment, appliances, supplies, services, permits, insurance and supervision necessary to Renovate Base Supply B180. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220. This request is 100% total small business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. Per NAICS 236220, the small business size standard is $45 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. The PSC Code is Y1AA. IAW FAR 36, Project magnitude ranges from $5,000,000 - $10,000,000. IAW PIM 2021-11 “Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. The Government anticipates funds will become available prior to award as this action has been identified on the National Guard priority list.
